How long will my order take to arrive?
Most online orders will be shipped within 2-5 working days, however as we have over 1000 products in store and do we endevour to keep our stocks up, there may be times when we are running low on certain items. If this is the case for an item you have ordered, we will notify you within that 5 working days with an eta on your item or discuss another option for you if time does not permit the wait.
How do I pay for my order?
Upon checkout you can choose credit card payment via eway - secure online gateway, credit card over the phone, or bank deposit. If you choose credit card over the phone, please contact us on 07 3272 9069 during business hours with your order number so we can process that for you and get your wonderful products to you as quickly as possible.
If you choose bank deposit, please make your payment into our bank account with your order id as a reference number within 5 working days to expediate the processing of your order. We regret that we cannot keep orders in our system and hold stock for goods which have not been paid for.

Do you have Sample Products?
Most of our beautiful products are available to purchase in single units! So if you're undecided on what you would like for your bomboniere, accessories then just purchase one of them. Just remember that often some products are not regular lines and may go out of stock, so if you make a decision on what you like, email us sales@beautifulbeachweddingshop.com.au to check availability for your wedding time.
Can you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we can ship our products internationally! Freight is calculated on the weight, so please place your order online and choose international shipping quote. If you are not comfortable placing your order online first then please email a list of goods you wish to purchase to sales@beautifulbeachweddingshop.com.au along with the country and postcode. We can then estimate the freight/shipping charge for you and if you're happy to proceed you can then purchase via our online store.

Can I Pick My Products Up?
If you live in Brisbane you sure can. Our factory is located at 1/65 Meadow Avenue, Coopers Plains, just off Beaudesert Road on Brisbane's southside. At checkout use the drop down box to choose "pick up". We will then call or email you when you're order is packed up and ready for collection. Please be aware that during peak wedding season we are not open on weekends as we are usually out styling weddings, therefore pickups may need to be made on weekdays.
Can you setup our wedding ceremony?
We sure can! If you're planning a wedding in Brisbane, on the Gold or Sunshine Coast, or in Northern New South Wales then we can come and setup your beautiful outdoor ceremony for you. To discuss your options please email through your wedding date and proposed location to justine@beautifulbeachweddings.com.au and we will call you to discuss your tailored wedding package. Do you have a DIY hire option?
We have a huge range of styling products that you can hire from us if you live in South East Queensland. Our extensive range includes white resin americana wedding chairs, bamboo teepees, bamboo arbours, aisle runners, aisle markers, bali flags and everything you will need for your reception as well - vases, tealight holders, centrepiece mirrors, table linen, chair sashes and more.
