Beautiful Beach Weddings is a creation by sisters Nicole Ritchie and Justine Douglas. Our online store features over 1000 fabulous products to help setup your very own beautiful beach wedding. BBW was conceived in early 2008 after Nicole returned from her very own beautiful beach wedding in Vanuatu. Nicole and Roger (her hubby) only decided four weeks prior to leaving for holidays that they were going to tie the knot. It was during this rather hectic time Nicole found it difficult to source the perfect items for her beach wedding. Then, upon returning from their lovely intimate ceremony abroad, Nicole spent many hours organising the theming of their beach wedding celebration party. Finding the right accessories proved to be a difficult and time consuming process. 

Beach Weddings run in the Ritchie family. Nicole's sister Justine and her husband Jeff also got married abroad on the beach - in Hawaii back in 2002.  If only there was an online store like BBW back then!

So, over a few vinos together, Nicole and Justine came up with a plan and Beautiful Beach Weddings began.  Since January 2008 the pair have been scouring the country and abroad for the most beautiful items to theme your wedding.  Whether it's frangipanis, shells or seaside theming - it is covered!  And not just for your beach ceremony, there is also jewellery, wedding favours, table decorations, gifts for your bridal party and more.  

In early 2009 due to client demand Beautiful Beach Weddings made the exciting step into theming beach and garden wedding ceremonies and styling reception venues for our beautiful brides and we have never looked back. We absolutely love what we do and we have a fantastic group of enthusiastic, talented and experienced BBW girls on our team.

Nicole Ritchie - Co Founder/Creative Director

Nicole has always had a natural creative flair and she founded her own business, Groovy Glass, back in 1996 which quickly expanded to incorporate Wedding Glasses & Gifts www.weddingglasses.com.au. This business has a proven track record of success and fantastic customer service and it is an ABIA multi-award winner for service and supplies to the wedding industry, voted by brides. 

Nicole has a natural talent when it comes to creating and theming and is passionate about designing beautiful new products for upcoming brides.

Justine Douglas - Co Founder/Sales & Marketing Manager

Justine has an extensive background in the film, television, live production and marketing industry with a career that includes production management for television production crews of over 75 people, producing live television broadcasts, event management and marketing for one of Brisbane's high profile sporting teams, and over 14 years experience marketing Brisbane's largest film & television company throughout the world.  Justine's experience brings to the partnership superior organisational skills and an outstanding client service ethic.

Kassi de Goey - Events Co-ordinator & DIY Hire Manager
 

Kassi joined the Beautiful Beach Weddings team in September 2010 on a part-time basis while finishing off her studies. She then moved in to her full-time position as Administration and Events Co-ordinator in the office after graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event Management. Kassi plays a major role within the Beautiful Beach Weddings office during the week liasing with clients, responding to sales emails and putting together ceremony & reception styling custom quotes for lovely couples in the south-east region of Queensland. On the weekend Kassi can be found out on location styling and co-ordinating beautiful beach, park and garden weddings.

Kassi brings dedication, passion for her work and an eagerness to challenge herself to the Beautiful Beach Weddings team. She loves being a part of Beautiful Beach Weddings and enjoys working with client's from the beginning to the end of their wedding preparations. It always such a delight to see a wedding ceremony and reception come to life!
