Terms & Conditions

Beautiful Beach Weddings prides ourselves on exceptional customer service and quality of our products.  We offer a guarantee on the products that we have in our online store and if you decide that the product you ordered isn't suitable, just return it to us and we will issue you with a BBW credit for any purchases in our online store. See below for exchange details.

PAYMENT:
Beautiful Beach Weddings payment terms are pre-paid by credit card via eway (secure site), bank deposit or eftpos over the phone. You will find these options availale at checkout. If paying by bank deposit, please email confirmation of payment to sales@beautifulbeachweddingshop.com.au and use your order ID as a reference.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Once your order is placed online, you will receive a confirmation email from Beautiful Beach Weddings. We pride ourselves on prompt delivery and your order will be dispatched, in most cases, within 10 working days from payment. If there is any product in your order that is currently out of stock or on back order from our suppliers, we will contact you with an ETA on the new delivery time.
Your Beautiful Beach Weddings parcel will be shipped by Australia Post receipted delivery or Fastway Couriers. This means someone is required to sign for the parcel at the nominated address. If there is no-one at home to receive the goods, a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
If your order is being shipped to a work address, please include company name, floor and suite number. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for another person signing for the parcel at your place of work.

DELIVERY:
When choosing your delivery area please double check the freight page for correct Area Codes. If the correct delivery area is not chosen, we must charge the additional freight charge to the correct area plus a $2.50 administration fee.

ORDER TIME:
Please aim to order 6 weeks prior to your wedding date to allow for your order being sent, delivery time and time for you to check your products.  If you place an order close to your wedding date, your freight charge may need to be increased to allow for express postage to ensure it arrives on time.

PERSONALISATION:
If your product is being personalised, please allow 14 days for personalisation.

REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES 
If you are not happy with the quality of the goods recieved and you would like an exchange or replacement for some or all of your order, please email us at sales@beautifulbeachweddings.com.au We will then ask you to send these items back to us (at your expense) and if upon inspection we find the quality inferior, we will send out the replacement items.

Once you recieve your package, please check all goods to your email order as claims can only be made within 5 working days from receiving your parcel.  If any items have broken in transit, please take a photo of those items and email them along with your order number to sales@beautifulbeachweddingshop.com.au 

If you receive your goods and have purchased the wrong size or colour, or the item is different that you envisaged, Beautiful Beach Weddings is happy to exchange or offer a credit note to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight cost). Please return the items in original packaging within 5 working days. Return freight will be at your cost and there will be a $2.50 handling/administration fee.  
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on bulk items of 50 or more.
Our exchange policy does not apply if you have used, worn or damaged the product.

ADDING TO YOUR ORDER:
If you have already placed your order and would like to add some more products to it, please contact us on 07 3272 9069 or email sales@beautifulbeachweddingshop.com.au  We may need to revise your freight cost, and a $2.50 handing/administration fee will be charged for the new eway transaction.

DIY HIRE:
If you are hiring items from us you will receive a copy of our full Terms and Conditions of hire from us prior to your collection. You can contact our hire division at hire@beautifulbeachweddings.com.au with any questions.
